The Legacy Project ran throughout Summer 2008 and was a partnership between URBEATZ and National Museum’s Liverpool. The young people who participated looked at the legacy of the slave trade and the relevance and representation of it to themselves and other young people. The group visited the international slavery museum, experienced the slave trail and undertook various related workshops. The project culminated in a performance that showcased their learning. The project is captured in the documentary.
